My name is Jana and I am a coach. Nice to meet you
therefore I AM
I have a university degree in maths and statistics and I’ve been working in the IT sector for over 10 years. A couple of years ago I wanted to find THE trick of a balanced work and a personal life and took an interest in coaching. Thanks to my professional background I am able to connect effective coaching techniques with the IT world to help managers increase performance and live a more balanced life.
I follow the latest trends in the field of coaching and I constantly read and attend courses from other specialists to have up-to-date information from this discipline.
Just after finishing my university studies I threw myself into IT work. I started at a small company which was growing step by step, sending me to work in Germany on projects for other IT companies. Several years ago, after a few personal tumbles, I set off to England with my backpack. I booked a hotel for the first 3 days and started hunting for a job in my field. I soon found a job as an IT consultant at a big corporate firm.
Fitness versus Life Coach
I was trying to slim down for some time but with no results. I realised that the problem was in my head and no nutritionist could help me. Although I was striving for a change, I was still repeating the same mistakes. I became aware that not only my body but also my head is an investment. How was it possible that I had a private fitness trainer, but not a coach for my life?!
Coaching: My journey
A few years ago, I was selected to participate in a yearly program to fast-track valued employees into management streams. It was here that I learned about and took an interest in coaching. I hired my own life coach during that time and started out the journey to make my dream come true, to help people live their lives full of amazing experiences and personal happiness.
I approached a mentor, Laura Ash (CEO of Rock Solid), who has devoted herself to coaching for more than 20 years. Under her supervision I have learnt many techniques that have helped my clients to live the lives they want.

"Having mentored Jana with her coaching I can say hand on heart that she is one of the most empathetic coaches I have worked with. Jana is firm but fair and compassionate. She has a natural flair for coaching and guiding her clients to what they need in their life. She always has their best interest at heart."
"Jana’s support has given me the courage and focus I needed during a difficult period of my life when moving from abroad after 8 years and starting a business back in my home country. I’ve found that some of her coaching methods are also applicable for the development of my start-up strategy. YES! Jana is an amazing and natural coach. I highly recommend her."
„I have known I had met an interesting and nice person since the very first call with Jana. She asked me questions in such a clever way I found the core of my problems very quickly. She helped me define my goals and taught me several techniques to make sure I don’t slip back into an unproductive way of life in the future."
„Jana helped me sort out my thoughts and start thinking about what is important in my life. Thanks to her, I changed a few small things which I do on a daily basis and had a surprisingly big impact on my life. Some of the exercises we practised together, helped me lower my stress levels before having a presentation at work.“
